4. Listing Policy

All listings must include location, price, size, BHK, and furnishing status.

Fake or duplicate listings may result in suspension.

We may verify listings by contacting the user or requesting proof of ownership.
 

5. Communication & Messaging

By using WhatsApp or message-based services, you consent to:

Receive automated or personalized messages regarding property updates.

Be contacted by verified owners, brokers, or agents.

You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP or contacting support.

6. Service Charges & Refund Policy

Some services, like featured listings, lead packages, or AI-powered automation, may be paid.

All charges will be clearly displayed before payment.

Refund Policy:

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of service failure or errors caused by MakaanCompare.in.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@makaancompare.in

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

MakaanCompare.in is not responsible for:

Financial or legal transactions between users.

Disputes, damages, or losses arising from property dealings.

Users must verify all property details before any transaction.
